Florence, Italy

The new restaurant of the Antinori wine cellar, replacing the previous one opened in 1957, comes from the renovation of some rooms on the ground floor around the inner courtyard of Palazzo Antinori in Florence.

The elegant feeling of the rooms is designed in every detail with wooden furniture, including and the colours and materials of the surfaces, and is enriched by objects and paintings that evoke the true Tuscan style.

The lighting design is combined with the technologies that allow it to be controlled, in order to create scenarios to alter the level of lighting to suit lunch, dinner or special events.

Most of the solutions are integrated into the furnishings, while a part of the engineering has been done using LED technology in decorative elements such as the lamps on the tables and the large chandelier.
